A culinary festival dedicated to trahana will be held for the third year in the village of Pelevun, Ivaylovgrad Municipality. The event includes demonstrations of traditional cooking techniques, a trahana and sourdough bread workshop, and an exhibition of trahana, farm foods and handmade crafts.
The organiser is local trahana maker Temenuzhka Mateva, with the support of Ivaylovgrad Municipality.
