A folk dance festival held in the central square of Topolovgrad. The festival is dedicated to traditional folklore, preserved and passed down through generations by local cultural institutions – community centres. They play a central role in the festival, which takes the form of a competition programme. According to the festival regulations, participants must be between 15 and 29 years old.

Prizes and certificates are provided by Topolovgrad Municipality.
The festival programme also includes fun activities for children, a craft market and a concert by a guest performer.
