Krutmach is a traditional soft cheese with a distinctive sharp, sour and salty flavour, characteristic of the area around the village of Krepost, the settlements in Dimitrovgrad Municipality and southern Bulgaria.
At the heart of the festival are local producers from Krepost – Dobrina Delcheva and Kiril Dobrev, who create unique products with distinctive character through careful fermentation and bold flavour experiments.
During the event, visitors will be able to taste terroir cheeses, homemade yoghurt, milk pearls, trahana, honey and many other farm products. A market will also be organised, where all products can be purchased directly from the producers.
Come and enjoy a festival that brings together local producers, farmers and artisans who will showcase their skills and authentic products first-hand. It is an opportunity to experience the true taste of the region and support the people who create it.

The Culinary Festival of Krutmach in the village of Krepost is organised by
