The small family winery opened its doors in 2016 with the idea of combining traditional approaches to viticulture with precise modern technologies and environmentally friendly growing and winemaking methods. Ivan and Kosta pay particular attention to reviving traditional Bulgarian grape varieties, such as Red Misket. They create each of their products with attention to detail and respect for nature. The result is wines with an impressive terroir character and the aromas of Southern Sakar.
