DESCRIPTION:The festival is organised by Vasil Levski-1933 Community Centre\, Kapitan Petko Voyvoda neighbourhood\, Svilengrad\, and Svilengrad Municipality. It is a two-day event dedicated to old urban songs. Vocal groups from across the country take part.\n\nThe festival is open to: Solo performers Old urban song duets Trios Quartets Vocal groups Participation rules: The festival is a competition and is held in five categories: I. Solo performers – two songs within 8 minutes\; II. Duets – two songs within 8 minutes\; III. Quartets – two songs within 8 minutes\; IV. Trios – two songs within 8 minutes\; V. Vocal groups – up to three songs within 10 minutes. Participants provide their own musical accompaniment. Stage costumes should preferably reflect the spirit of the period. All participants receive certificates of participation in the festival.
